A quick note…

No need to feel awkward! I have gained some weight. It feels good to say it out loud. Freeing. I just keep reminding myself that my body is where it needs to be. Also they just got me on some new meds that are actually suppose to help me lose some weight so there is that! I’ll post about that some other time.
